Why it exists
Heat pumps, solar panels and batteries often stall on the upfront cost. The government’s Warm Homes Loan Scheme helps lenders offer cheaper loans for them, but the rules about what’s covered, how grants fit and who has to do the work are spread across long documents. We turn them into a two-minute check and a clear next step.
How we stay accurate
Every answer comes from one versioned, dated rules file based on the official scheme rules and grant pages. When the rules don’t settle a question, we say Unclear and link to the source rather than guess. You can read the whole thing on what’s covered.
Who runs it
Opus Leads Ltd is a marketing agency that works with installers certified by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). If you ask for an installer quote, we may pass it to an installer we work with. We’re not a lender. Read our Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) notice for what that means.
